From Idea To Impact.

— Frank Agono, Vilo Finance (Canada)

“I’m going to be honest with you, when you said we should join the pilot program we were very sceptical. This is untested water because no one else was doing this and you were also going to use our ideas and projects to test the possibilities of Molten.  Looking back to 5 months ago, I’m glad we took that leap and joined in. It’s surreal. Lol”
Molten is a startup helping other startups to launch, raise, scale and grow. We noticed a major challenge with launching startups as a non-technical founder and we decided to do something about it.
With the support from our partners, every year, we will select a few driven founders and take a major risk on their dreams.
Most VC, accelerators, incubators and angel investors would never take a chance on an idea, they believe that ideas are nothing and that even after executing your ideas, you must have traction to get their attention – but not us.
We want to see you succeed and believe that ideas are worth taking a chance on, that is why, we started Molten, we will help you build your MVP using a Build Now Pay Later model, you only pay a small portion of the cost of development to get your project worked on and you get to pay the balance only when you raise x5 of your debt.

Our payment structure is straightforward and we do not take equity or stock options in any startup that gets into our program, except in special cases.

Our selection process operates seamlessly. After submitting your application before the deadline, our dedicated venture team and partners meticulously evaluate numerous applications to identify the finest 200 ideas with substantial commercial potential that we can invest in. If your idea is chosen, you will receive an email containing the comprehensive development cost and login credentials for accessing a private dashboard on our virtual campus (campus.hellomolten.com). This dashboard will provide you with guidance on making payments, overseeing your project, interacting with your assigned team, scheduling meetings, engaging in chats, and inviting fellow founders and team members.
Among these 200 selected startups, the first 50 to complete their onboarding process and submit their initial deposits will secure their positions in the program. The remaining 150 startups will be placed on a waitlist and will gradually be integrated into the program as we allocate available teams to additional projects.
The following is our founder-friendly payment structure:

Once you get a scope, quote and assigned team, you would only be required to pay 35% or 40% of the total cost of the project during development, the remaining 65% or 60% can either be split and paid monthly/quarterly before you raise or paid in full when you raise X5 of your debt or converted to equity if you were unable to raise X5

Here's a simplified breakdown for better comprehension:

Imagine we’re pricing your product at a total of $30,000. In this scenario, you’d initially pay $10,500 to initiate the product’s development. Subsequently, once you secure an investment exceeding $97,500 (calculated as $19,500 multiplied by 5), an additional payment of $19,500 would be due.

The $10,500 earmarked for product development will be distributed across key milestones, ensuring you only pay for completed tasks:

Once You Get Into The Program:

Once you are selected, you will get an email with access details to our virtual campus, you will get a unique code that will be used to sign up on the web portal/mobile application.

From here you can see your assigned team, engage them, make payments, see development updates and do other things.

Once you’re onboarded, we will begin our 3 to 4 month sprint to develop your MVP/Product. You will be able to test, make corrections and follow through every step of the way.

Once your product is ready, tested, and QA has deemed it fit for the market, you will decide on your launch date and we will help through the entire launch process. You will get to work with mentors and partners to help drive results for your startup.
Once the sprint is over and all products have been launched, all participating founders will get an exclusive invite to Fusion, our exclusive invite-only event that happens after every cohort, you will demo your product to a room filled with VCs, Angels and Partners. You will physically meet other cohort members as well as members of our team. The location for Fusion changes for each cohort.
